About NordBiz
Our NordBiz network started in the middle of the 90's and has since then successfully worked with student and staff exchange. We have also developed a joint bachelor's program as well as two intensive courses.
Our main priority is to assure the quality of all our activities within the network. We make sure that the participating universities support our work. Therefore it is important that the Deans of the partner institutions participate in the development of the network.
Last year we invited a new partner to join the network, ISM University of Management and Economics in Lithuania. And this year the purpose is to invite a member of the third Baltic state, Latvia. This would mean that our network consists of partners from all the five Nordic countries and all the three Baltic countries.
In the spring of 2011 we carried out the new intensive course for the first time, Business Strategies for Sustainable Development. The course took place at Mälardalen University in Västerås for the first time. The purpose for 2011/2012 is to further develop this course and also include the new partner from Latvia.
For the 8th time in a row we will also give the successful intensive course Nordic-Baltic Perspectives on Marketing and in November 2011 the course will take place in Estonia at Tallinn University of Technology.
