Grant decision for 2016/2017


On May 31st CIMO announced the result of the application. The network received 48.810 € for the academic year of 2016/2017.

The focus for the academic year is on the Development project (work placements - see more under the menu "PROJECTS") and mobility activities.

Intensive course in Riga

April 2016

The intensive course Business Ethics and Entrepreneurship was given for the third time. This time in Riga during 10 days in April. 32 students and 8 teachers participated during the intensive days where the students presented their country reports, worked in multi-cultural groups, visited companies and had social activities. The theme for this year was experience economy. You can read more about this, find report examples, and course informations under "PROJECTS" - "Intensive courses".

Lahti new head coordinator


It was decided that Lahti takes over as head coordinators of the network from the application 2016 (academic year 16/17). The reason is that the network, from many years of experience, have come to realized that it is more beneficial and suitable to have a coordinating institution in a country that has EURO € as currency.

Happy news reached the network on May 29th when CIMO announced the result of the application. The network received 74.730 € for the academic year of 2015/2016.

Another successful intensive course


Our third intensive course, Business Ethics and Entrepreneurship, has just finished. This was the second time it was running and this time at Lahti University of Applied Sciences in Finland. 

Each year the course changes it's theme and this year the theme was "Ecopreneurship". The focus was on entrepreneurial initatives of companies (and other organizations) that relate to ecological issues - so called Ecopreneurship - and the impact on society from these initatives. The theoretical framework for studying hese phenomena ws based on organizational and management theories. 

Eight professors and 32 students participated during 10 intensive days in Lahti. The week started off with some teambuilding workshops, country presentations and a guest lecture made by a professor from Sweden, who specialises in CSR.
